1. Write it Yourself
You know your offer better than anyone. So you open a blank document and… stare at it. Some time later you think, “What’s on Netflix?” Anything but that blinking cursor of doom. Or you write a sentence. Delete it. Write another one. Repeat
If you do finish it, will it sell? It rarely does. That’s because writing copy for your own business is like performing surgery on yourself. You’re too close to be objective and too unsure for it to work.

2. HIre a Copywriter
Some professional copywriters know what they’re doing. But they all charge like it. A decent sales page will set you back between $2,000 and $10,000. I charged $100,000 for a VSL when I wrote for others. A full funnel? Don’t even ask.
If money is no object, there’s another problem: a lot of copywriters are prima donnas (ask me how I know.) “Oh, you want a hook with that? That will cost you more.” Great copywrites are rare, but great and cool copywriters are pricey unicorns.

3. Use ChatGPT / Similar AIs
General-purpose AIs like Chat GPT or Claude are great at summarizing articles, finding recipes and explaining quantum physics to a five-year old. But writing sales copy? Words that make people actually buy? Please.
There’s a good reason. General-purpose AIs approach copywriting as a fill-in-the-blank exercise. They generate words, but they don’t understand persuasion. Why? Because they were trained on the Internet. Not on “great” copy: on all copy. And most copy sucks.
